This was an exceptionally hard workout to get through. I’ve been sick for the past few days and have done nothing. Getting back to it today was really hard but I’m glad I’ve done it.

As you can see here’s the my progress picture. I still have a long way to go in 2013 but I feel like I did pretty good in 2012. All I did was eat better and exercise. That’s it. There is no magic formula - you have to work for it.
Besides the obvious transformation in my body, there are many changes you can’t see. Mainly how I feel. I’m more confident now and A LOT more happy! Stronger, faster, better. It’s not all about the scale you know.
